I don't believe CL, TER and massage republic were criminally charged. They changed their policies out of fear after BP was shut down by the feds. Maybe twitter has more balls and might will be willing to challenge the constitutionality of FOSTA in court if the feds come after them. Or maybe they just can't review the content of every account holder.

I am correct it's probably because no one reported her you can make any name just like facebook and boom your page is up and running.

You should do a little research and discover the owners and the heaviest investors of Twitter. Now compare that to CL. Politics my friend, politics.
