Yep, 25% higher than a year ago at least. People are throwing alot of money around. Inquiries have gone down also.

See following threads. Scam / nuisance. She contacted me via text after she gave her number on SA. Chatted and sent pics of her gf too. Went silent. Few days later early in am she texts and says she is in area- has an offer for $$ and if I can beat that she will come visit. I offer $1.5 and she agrees then goes on and on about different offers and she wants to come solo first, she drives, but wants to set up w me first and after that can meet her gf another day. Wait, I just got another offer for $$ can you best that, ill come right now, blah, blah. All reports thus far are same style and that was my experience too. Ignore and don't waste your time.
