And in Volusia County, no one gets a "deal" in place before the case they are informing on is closed. Finally, if a girl is a CI, it's for drug cases, large scale theft cases, or trafficking cases against guys pimping (though that's pretty rare). Nope! Not even close to what is being viewed due to the start of this subject on Emily! Not that this type of action is not being used in the case of a CI.

But if you have used the Clerk website as long as I have you will know that a handful of years ago all documents related to the arrest of our girls that where charged with prostitution were public. It was then the Daytona Chief of Police Mike Chitwood I give credit for the change. Now all documents involved in the arrest of a prostitution charge are posted as confidential. And they even when back and changed all the documents to confidential prior to.
