My buddy is close to the woman that ran the massage parlor at Flags. The undercover deputy was the first customer on a Thursday morning. He paid $60 for 1 hour and remained draped while on his stomach. After the flip, he sat up, removed the towel, gave her the wrist motion to directly indicate that he wanted a happy ending. She pointed to a sign on the wall that said No Sexual Services and made him lay back down and re-covered his little patrol buddy with the towel. She finished the massage and he left. If I recall, he gave her a tip on the way out.

The next morning, Flags was raided. The normal parade of law enforcement, multiple agencies, human trafficking experts, an elected city attorney, and every media outlet in Central Ohio, turned out to arrest a very nice middle aged woman. She was charged with prostitution to justify the raid, but the deputy wrote in his report that his penis, balls, and anus felt a little stimulated during the massage. She was permitted to drive away with a ticket in hand while the police destroyed everything inside the business and boarded up the windows. No mug shots and No detention. Charges were dropped and then refiled under a different police report written by a higher ranking detective that said the penis was actually masturbated. Those charges were reduced after nearly a year and only after an agreement was reached to permanently close the place.

The point of this long winded rant is to say that the police can and do break the law for the "greater good". The owners of massage parlors share information all of the time and many were informed about what happened at Flags. This is why so many massage parlors have closed or sold since last April. This is happening in many cities. The owners are still afraid, but some of the girls choose to make extra money and extras can be had. The police expose their dicks on every visit. They try everything that we try and there are many things that make a woman put out. The Chinese culture promotes both generosity and greed. So do I.

Tai Chi Massage is still open. I think they close at 9:30 not 10:00 pm. Great massage and I tipped for a great massage but no other services available the woman told me. Still very good massage.

I think that two different Grace's are being talked about. The original conversation seems to be about Cindy and Grace at American Body Rubs (NW Columbus) the other is from an AMP.
