The quality is definitely increasing on State Ave in Lower Price Hill. Some words of advice though. LE is picking up in the area. Best advice is get them to meet you off of State Ave. There are plenty of side streets to use for cover in the area. I meet a lady there yesterday who suck like a hoover vacuum. You are correct about being picked up for various charges. Seems like "ILLEGAL USE OR POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA" is what every girl charged with along with the Soliciting. Since April 1st 399 men and women have been charged with ILLEGAL USE OR POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.

Tuesdays have been bare lately because some of the major takedowns have been done on this day in the past. Plus, if Mr. Nails has some input to add I think the street sweeper came through and picked a few up for various things as of late. Around lunchtime I saw a few when I cruised through UPH, no time to play today.

My friend saw a young dark haired WSW in white shorts and navy top, heavy makeup in front of Kroger. He said it looked better from a distance than closeup, but better than the walking dead. Pickup was difficult because of LEO activity, but eventually happened. Shae from Brown County, 24, a few tats and stained teeth, but overall not too bad. Except the service was terrible. Zero enthusiasm, zero technique, after literally 3 minutes she said "You have to help me out", then bailed at the finish line and made a hell of a mess all over the place. Immediately called her dealer and asked my friends to drop her there. Don't waste your time fellas.

Today driving north on Reading Road, I saw a gorgeous blond spinner. She was walking near the flea market. I saw her again about 5 PM while I was driving south near the credit union. Anyone know anything about her?

I drove thru that area today and saw an attractive blonde, at least from a distance. She wasn't a spinner, however goodlooking somethis strnage about her haior, her face looked familiar, but looked like she had on a wig.

There are three other blonds that walk there too. Most live either in Essex House or that apartment bldg between Essex and the flea market.
