Anyone else have this happen to himself? Thoughts?
What's illegal is making a deal to pay for sex for money. If you meet up with your atf, bang her like you usually would and then give her a gift because you're kind and she's a nice girl after, perfectly legal.

Personally I would be freakin' happy if my atf contacted me!! Seriously, if I hadn't seen her in awhile I would definitely check it out.

I would think that's entrapment if you think it's a set up. They can't tell you come pay me for fun and then bust you. But can you tell me which house this is so I can avoid? LOL.

However, as opportunity arises from this media coverage, I hope he gets a promoter and become a leading advocate for some popular or not so popular (ED) Erectile Disfunctional product. Bet he would make some good money. The he can flip his middle finger to the cops while laughing all the way to the bank.
100% approve this post. I hope all of us can be so lucky to have the drive and ability to enjoy the finer things in life at such a ripe age.

Don't want to scare you guys but this is too impressive arrest news.
- A 91-year-old man was among a group of 18 men arrested in a prostitution sting in a suburban Los Angeles city.
Police in Pomona, California conducted a seven hour sting operation on Friday night. The city's Major Crimes Task Force used undercover female police officers to pose as prostitutes. After the men pulled over their vehicles and negotiated deals to buy sex they were arrested.

I'm sure HPD or LE doing the raids would avoid having this occur which will threaten any more Federal funding or the Feds asking for refund if it was thrown out of court which has happened in the past. So HPD would not take that risk again because the Feds can ask the judge to triple the reimbursements on the grounds of gross negligence on part of HPD. Just my two cents, so maybe it is safer to visit a legit massage establishment for now.
CHM did have a legit massage license (MAE) until June 2018 when it was forfeited. That likely means they simply failed to renew the license.
https://pvl.ehawaii.gov/pvlsearch/info/MAE-2072-0
BTW, Kison also had a legit license until they let it expire in June 2018.
As for other AMPs, keep in mind, if an AMP has table showers, it doesn't have a legit massage license.

Perhaps the ownership model of these businesses should be changed. What if each business were organized and run as a cooperative of the providers with each having an equal share of the expenses and profit. Might be more difficult to proceed to trial or successfully convict them with sex trafficking.

We just need to legalize it already. I don't smoke pakalolo but they should legalize that too. It shouldn't be a crime to get a nut off, just it shouldn't be a crime to smoke a joint. I hate these politicians, somehow it makes sense to go after girls and mongers but they don't do shit to help homeless.

Yes LE will have hard time to veiw the contents if the server is in the foreign country that is unfriendly with the US. But if the server is in the US. Then LE will have an easy way to go to the judge to supeana the recorded contents for the grand jury even if is password protected.

I think one of the ways that le gathers evidence is for undercover to make appointments or walk in to a place and actually partakes in the illegal activity. That is why some mamas check I'd's. Not sure if that helps though. I would think le has that covered going in to the session. Theyre not that stupid to be stopped at the door I would think.
So it wouldn't matter if the business had a legit massage license because it would not stop uc from doing its thing. Thats my theory anyway.

My theory is this: I believe careful planning goes into each raid. In other works, it is likely the prosecutor's office, through a weeks/months-long investigation, has built up a sufficient amount of evidence to make a charge and conduct a raid against a particular AMP business. I can think of at least four previous raids done over the past couple years where extensive collection of evidence was conducted prior to actually making the raids.
I agree with your theory. But that means that CHM was left out of the evidence gathering phase of the project. Either that or each time that undercover went in to CHM, only legit services were offered so no evidence of illegal activity was observed. Is that likely? I am still scratching my head on this one.
