I'd say this place is 98% legit as it's a pump your own gas and clean up your own spills arrangement. Nothing illegal IMO.

Wellness Foot Massage is 101% legit.

This arrangement must be more of keeping an eye on the employees so they don't break the law. They obviously don't want to get busted. Whenever I go to an AMP I always give the room a good look; especially at the speakers which pipe in the those lovely Oriental tunes.
