That being said, what is the most I should negotiate to pay in the cabanas for the whole enchilada? I always get quoted 200 but I have buddies that say they have gotten it for as little as 100 after the cabana fee. I know the dancers pay 15 for every cabana they do.

I negotiate for a session within allowed Cabana time. The pay per song is a rip off and often, after you are done, and depending on the scam level of the girl, she may claim she danced 5 songs when she only did 3 or 4. When you are balls deep into her, you loose count of songs and you pay what she demands to avoid confrontation. Best thing is negotiate a value and be specific about what services you request. If she sticks to per song policy, you know she scams so move on to another one. The least I payed has been a 100 and the most has been 150 but that was for very extra special services.

Yeah I totally agree, but the issue with Venom is not the quality or hot looking dancers, it is the attitude of the dancers there (will rob you or cheat you of time and money whenever there is an opportunity) and how management deals with it. In my all years of mongering in SC (s), the customer is always right and management always make it up to the customer when things go south. Not at Venom. Venom management turn a blind eye and allow the girls to scam. When bad things are brought up to management, the answer has always been " You are asking for illegal things" if you know what I mean. Door closed. This is why it is not the club you expect it to be. Mind you, I had my most outrageous experiences there, but I also had my most misfortunes there as well.

Venom has tried to "diversify" and, as such, has totally missed the mark. Besides hiring unappealing dancers they do nothing to promote the cabanas. The cabanas remind me of the old Hawaii Theater in City of Industry in California. That was a club that always had hot dancers and private VIP booths where anything could and did happen. With the right girls, being the only club in Tucson where you can get that kind of privacy, I see no reason why that club couldn't be jammed packed from opening to closing!

Went to Venom first. Lots of opportunity but I wasn't interested. Left after 30 minutes and went to Raiders. Lots of opportunities here as well. It didn't take long for a favorite to show up. We went to the Champaign Room. It was packed. We stood there looking around and everyone was sucking or fucking. It was like the old days at the Candy Store VIP. Eventually we found a seat and fucked our brains out.

Wednesday afternoon at Venom I saw close to a dozen dancers. From what dancers have said, I think there's no schedule; they show up if they want. Some days a bunch show up; others very few. Wednesday I got dances from Kacey, Sophie, Kash, and Briana, and there were at least six others circulating.

Yes the dancers are independent contractors. But it's up to the manager to put and keep enough independent contractors in the club to insure proper function. It's management's failure when there are only 2 dancers working at 1:00 on a Thursday. It's management's failure when there's only one dancer at TDs East for hour after hour on any weekday.

As independent contractors, they work when they want. Talked to one at the boat and she said she pays extra not to go on stage. She hit me up for the CR.

Also, the old VIP area at the boat is enclosed. It has bench seating and costs a lot just to get in, then another small fortune for the time inside. (Or so I was told by another dancer at the boat).
