She's busy. Everyday. When you texted her did you include your 2 references with their phone numbers? She's not going to waste her time looking them up. There should be plenty of reviews here if you search. That said, I think it's diy only. It's in a busy area and neighboring businesses don't like them there. They are routinely watched by LEO. I haven't been there in over a year but I live nearby so it's too close to home for me. Personally I stay away but YMMV.
