Get the Telegram app (Telegram Messenger), works on Android as well as Apple, and text them at at modelsclubelite (their Telegram handle) asking for an appointment as well as pictures of the actual hoofer you want to see. Responding with email will take forever and is discouraged by them.

I would say email them and book. Or use that telegram app to see accurate pics.
