Stopped to scout out FIB just after lunch about 1:30 today. Headed south from I20 and immediately saw LE by the strip clubs. Figured I'd head down a couple more blocks and double back on the side streets by the hotels. Until LE flashes the lights and pulls someone over right where I was going to turn.
