Background is they are attempting to force people to pay $20 for EVERY porn / sex / provider related site one wishes to visit and use (likely to include USA-SG), in order to fund a program to support "victims of sex crimes" and combat child porn and human trafficking.
Its a money grab, plain and simple. Every piece of legislation related to trafficking has done nothing but make it harder and more unsafe for those who work in the field. When in Germany after they leglized providing services, my whooe perspective changed as providers now had occupational rights and protections for their job, to include healthcare. Hawaii should follow suit to help protect our girls, but instead pushes nonsense like this that causes more harm to everyone.
Fortunately, this is being viewed as extremely unconstitutional, but it could affect us for years until it is struct down by the higher federal courts.

The state is making another attempt to ruin our hobby. Write a letter to your representatives.
