I am right with you. I tried setting up an appointment, I made the hour + drive down, and was ghosted. Albeit I was ghosted that morning, but I figured I would hear something, but radio silence was all I got until half an hour into my scheduled appointment time.

Its easy to say that if you just live down the street or something like that and have nothing invested.
