Thought I would post my experience with Charli since she seems to be getting a lot of attention lately. My experience was quite different than what I am reading.

Original appointment was scheduled for 9 AM. The clock ticked 9-10-11-12 before I ever heard from her. (I live in Bloomington and drove to the south side to see her.)
