In my experience, asking ahead of time doesn't work. If anything, you lessen your chance for success. Be polite and patient. Put some effort into getting her aroused and let things progress. Don't be an ass. When she's ready for the main event, do a little P2 P play. Once in a while she'll make it clear BBFS isn't an option, in which case stay polite and do as she asks (I've had 2 ladies change to BBFS on a 2nd visit) but most of the time I've found she'll help you get in there bare. I think you just got to let it happen. If you ask about it and try to arrange it ahead of time you will usually get a bad response.

I've found it depends on the girl. Some will confirm via text and others will try for an upcharge in person. Rose did an upcharge on me when it came time but the fee was minimal.

Sometimes after you do BBFS you feel a little twitch or itch down there and you think oh shit I got something. Washing with hibiclens right after could help because it kills everything. But all it takes is for one little germ to crawl up inside you and start growing.

BBFS is very common. Girl's I've know just don't care. I got fixed years ago so I'm sure not making any babies.

If you practice this you might consider a yearly visit to the health dept for STD screening. It's confidential and free. They deal with this all the time so it's just another day at the office to them.

They can give you antibiotics for some minor STD's like NGU (google it). Other STD's might be harder to get rid of.
