Recently visited Spa 18 and saw Mia. The massage was good and the stretching even better. I wasn't into the HJ as it felt terribly mechanical and UTC was discouraged. Without any UTC it was kind of boring. The spa itself is really nice and if I were looking for a legit massage I would probably come back as the HE just isn't worth it. Mia is young, probably early thirties and better looking than many in this business. I'll stick to my normal spots for now but even those are getting old both literally and figuratively.

As far as Nova on Mansell, I tried that place a few months ago and was disappointed. The talent there is utterly average and I was not able to leave happy.
