Well I finally got the balls (LOL) to try 98 Mott 6th floor. Just wanted to see what it was all about. Was surprised it wasn't quite as dumpy as I expected, though the not-quite-ceiling-height walls, folding doors, and tiny rooms are not great. I wish they would play some music in this place at least!
