I looked at the page and every single photo has been saved from another origin and then posted. Thats how they get the grainy look. You are lucky you wasnt held at gun point robbed or killed.

You can look up the phone number and find higher quality pics of the same person in older ads.

There isn't a Portrait of Dorian Gray phenomenon going on where accumulated resize and jpeg artifacts appear over time as a provider's evil intent grows. My bet is a phone was lost and pics were resourced from previous ads.

Also fake ads usually go more the supermodel photo shoot route.
