Seen this girl twice this week, around rush hour. Stands on Pulaski / Potomac, white girl, kinda thick but not fat, brown hair. Went to the prowl yesterday's morning on 5th and there was a cop sitting the while fucking morning right the bridge. I saw him pulling a guy who was talking to a BSW.
