Some of these BGs send their extra money back to Korea since their monthly spending money been taking care by their BFs. I know a BG has 3 BFs help her with rent money and car payment, buy her nice clothing and shoes. High priced jewelry and bags.

So whatever she makes at the bar send directly back home. Don't be fool when BGs tell you they don't have money. And yet they can afford to drive luxury car and live at high end condo.

G1, KBGs are hoping for the "right" (no have to be only one) LVB to help them with the rent, clothing, jewelry, shopping, trips, cash, cars, etc. I know of some KBGs who come work in the expensive cars and live in high rent places who have daddies at home who no come KB; they too busy with "business" for come KB. KBGs are especially looking for the right LVB sponsor to buy them a business (KB, boutique, restaurant, etc.) or supply a monthly cash stipend. But usually the LVBs who come KBs and finance the KBGs are sometimes not the "legit" types. Tammy, for instance: her long time ago BF was gambler, local syndicate type, and whatevers Earl XXX who got her started as having ownership in the KBs. He eventually was sentenced to Terminal Island for gambling and other related criminal activities. You no hear about him nowadays.

Anyway the best is to just let everything play itself out and make analysis thereafter; the walls, carpets, and whatevers have ears.

Town bars open during the HECO planned power outage. I thought they would be affected by the outage, but it seems the outage was selective? Pacifica had no power, while 2 doors down, 909 Kapiolani had power. HMSA, Ala Moana Center and Ala Moana building had power, but Walmart / Sams was dark.

Spotlite was good when Sandy mama and honey Fox was there. Mamas changes when football season approaching is the norm. They like to have a quick short lease until the football season pau to make some bucks. Smart business.

Anyone knows the electricity outage in town affecting any bars businesses? I am trying to avoid the area until after the outage is finish.

Recently spoke to current owner of Spotlite who was promoting the joint as a tremendous money-maker for the past 2-3 years. Friend and I were suspicious about her claims as the place looked like it needed maintenance, renovation, and repair; the employees' faces also revealed disbelief and sarcasm. Anyway, her salesmanship must have convinced someone else to take over the burden of yet another KB cousin of failure (this place used to be the flagship KB of Kalihi until continued disasters (due to ownership) made it into a dungeon). This case is textbook dumping of a business: boost the bottom line by neglecting the inventory, maintenance, repair, and payroll.
