Not exactly true but good enough for Horseshoes and Hand Grenades, let's just say no harm and no foul is a way to put it. But look closely and you will find that which you seek just have to pay attention. Not that I would know personally but I hear she is ready to play and more than worth the effort.

I was fortunate enough to see Jan back on the 25th before all the observed LE activity reported in this forum. I texted with her recently. She's now moved north and I'm planning to see her tomorrow. That is, unless any of you have heard that she's flipped or something in light of the aforementioned activity observed outside her former south side location. Any new updates on that front? I sincerely hope she's still legit, because she is a wonderful provider!

Not sure where you got your info but a CMT is not an LE plant in this case but a working girl and if one studies the boards carefully one can assume from what they see that a lady who worked for AMB is also working for another group now under a different name and at least three guys said she is one who rolled on the others but now works for this other group and they allegedly know what she did and hired her anyway. ERGO if she allegedly rolled on one group and got outted would she do the same if she got hit again with the second group and would she also allegedly roll on her clients? Honest questions Tool. Would any monger or lady trust her if she actually did what she is alleged to have done? Would YOU? Would anyone? Not if you are smart Tool not if you are smart. So ask questions? Hell yes until the air is cleared otherwise EVERYONE lives with the questions but concrete answers are needed not speculation.

That everything you inquire about regarding Milfy and the client who flipped has already been posted. It's now believed that the CMT was an Uncle plant for a short period of time to be a reference for Uncle, because all of her ads on the two sites she was found are now gone and a search of her digits brings up nothing. Some might assume she was busted and got out of the business, but that is not the current thought process.

You keep asking the same questions and what you seek is all there so you really do need to start reading the forum.

My posts on another now defunct site absolutely lead to my plea offering being different from the other seven that were arrested that day, and there are other members here that can vouch for that. I've lived what I'm speaking about. They were not offered up in court, but in my second meeting with my attorney, this occurred:

Lawyer: Are you posting about the sting operation online somewhere?

Me: Yes. How did you know about that?

Lawyer: The prosecutor called and isn't happy about it.

Me: Does it matter?

Lawyer: Well, they are pulling the original plea agreement.

I could list what my plea was, but that doesn't matter here. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about, despite your insults. I couldn't have been arrested or convicted because of what I stated online, but how willing a prosecutor is to be lenient (or not) has zero to do with the way any laws are written. Until you've walked 40 hours of community service in my shoes, you don't know what I know.

I know her and would recognize her voice. PM me her number or a link to one of the ads. I'll be happy to help my fellow mongers by calling her and asking her about mundane non-sexual things. FYI, Milfy is a great provider, but she's a complete space case. Why she's that way may be a result of different things I suppose. If you know her, I'm guessing you'll agree with the fact that she very possibly would be the type of person to casually say "yeah, he's fine", without really thinking about who is being referenced. This doesn't excuse bad behavior, but it may help to explain it.

At the time of my post "Flip" was meant as a broad term to warn others. Your explanation could be true. All that is known is that she verified via text on her advertised number that Uncle was safe. Nobody was in Milfy's mind at the time so did she know he was uncle? Maybe she verifies everyone as safe, maybe she was arrested and flipped, maybe uncle saw her, they had sex and / or nothing transpired during the session because he wanted a future reference and she never knew he was uncle. The only thing known is that she did verify that he was safe, the reasons behind why most likely will never be known. I tend to error on the side of caution, others may choose not to. One thing for sure, other providers should avoid her references like the plague!

You should take a course in reading comprehension. I didn't say that job / relationship damage are not important. I said specifically that I was speaking only to the legal issues. (The word "aside" is the important word in the sentence.) I did this to let people know that if they are stopped / arrested, they should be aware of what the end result will more than likely be. I also went through it with others in a sting. It's two years. A simple google search will show that the law even without a plea agreement is five years. You should demand a refund from your shit-for-brains attorney

Seems you need the course yourself. I said specifically "unless the law has changed". In this case it has. My case was several years ago when expunging took seven years. It wasn't until 2013 that the law was revised to five years. It is not automatic. You have to petition the court to have it done. And if you do a simple google search and read the law the fact is that your record is not expunged at all. It is restricted which allows it to not be found on a criminal background check by agencies outside the law. For law enforcement agencies, prosecutors courts etc it is still there to be found. A plea agreement can indeed be entered into which can allow for a lessor time for the restriction to take effect.

I will not be needing a refund from my attorney. He did an excellent job with the laws that were in effect at the time of my case. It is a shame you are a class of person that found it necessary to make a rude inflammatory remark just because someone disagreed with what you said. When more to the fact you are too narrow minded to understand that the specifics of your case are just that, specific to your case. Times change. Laws change. If you take that course you mentioned you might come to comprehend that.
