I'm new to the board but not to the scene. I'm originally from Richmond but moved away in 1995 and lived in Atlanta and San Diego before recently returning to RVA. The strip club and street scene in Atlanta is lively and I never mongered in San Diego as it was easy to cross the border into Tijuana. Since I've been in Richmond I've had the good fortune of meeting both Charlotte and Tara (the youngish dark haired one) on Chamberlyn. I found Charlotte to be a good time but very loopy. I got to connect with her for the first time, surprisingly not on chamb. She was for some reason near vcc even she didn't know why she was there or maybe just didn't want to tell me.
