Just my two cents worth, I would try to visit on the non peak hours, seems like you get better service when they not so rushed. Or that is my experience, I use to go about 8 pm ish but sometimes it got cut short due to other customers. So if I go now I try to go between about 11-3 unless I know its not busy.
