I never see a provide on Friday nights for that reason. Usually I like to go first thing in the morning or Sunday afternoon.

I've seen them on various days and times. My conclusion is that the lunch time and Mondays are the worst, on the other hand, Sunday morning is the best, anything in between is just fine, but YMMV.
