If you're capable of being blacklisted you're doing it wrong. Use a burner phone. Email addresses are easy to get, use different ones. Usually it means expensive. There are some providers who use VIP as a synonym for BBFS. There are some providers who do not. It is not a reliable indicatior of whether a provider will do bb or not. It is a reliable indicator of whether or not they charge more than 500/ hour though.
