Reported elsewhere about a older gent who was observed with a young woman outside a Terryville motel by police investigating a different matter. Met on SA. After some quizzing, both arrested for prostitution.

But the man was granted first-time offender program, and if he avoids new arraests, the charge will be dropped.

The trial for the young woman is pending.

Unequal treatment likely because she has other felony charge outstanding. Not much legal jeopardy for either of them for the incident, just the personal ramifications of being in the news for a soliciting arrest.
