Well, just did numerous searches by phone # of individuals I know where all over EB, using google. I didn't find a single positive search result. I got a list crawler, but got shunted to Ontario. So guess that is that. Went to them and harvested numbers of ones I would want to see for the future. Tucson has slim pickings unfortunately. I guess Rosie Palm and her five sisters will be getting a lot more attention. (Sigh).

As of Sunday morning, CL even removed their "Therapudic" section under "Services". Really? I experienced the same as above on a few links that sent me right to Toronto and wouldn't let me change the city to anywhere else. Escort Monkey and the other links I had are all jacked up. I get them wanting to shut down the personals but not the whole page.

A lot of people use the site for commerce and business purposes.

Fortunately there other "adult" sites that exist and I imagine they will see more biz.

Perhaps the quality of dancers will rise too.

Time will tell and this will pass in 6 months.

Ether that or girls will have to create a websites of their own so they can sell their goods and find a way how to post them on different sites that have not been shut down voluntarily or involuntarily. Be on the lookout at ALL strip clubs. That's where a lot started. And the ladies that were street walking don't really want to hit the streets again. Looks like TER has voluntarily shut down access to their site from the US while the law making them liable for what is posted stays in affect. That seriously hinders our ability to research potential providers.

I guess we give up and stop mongering.

But seriously, we wait and see what the providers choose to do and follow their lead. There are plenty of sites out there that are more than capable of taking over, (including this one right here)! The interesting thing will be how the law affects those sites and if they really want to take the liability or will choose to do what TER did. I guess we will see what happens. Either way, the world will continue to spin and the oldest profession in the world will have to adapt again.

I'm not saying that was a good thing, because it isn't. However, now at least these girls will hopefully stop changing their phone numbers constantly or they'll lose all their contacts. It makes it hard on us researchers trying to determine who is safe or not. Backpage allowed them to just advertise and advertise with no reviews and clients who could care less about safety. Girls changed their numbers constantly making any sort of history trail impossible. There is a small silver lining. Very small though it is.

I'm with you TK, but let not forget that this business relates to the oldest profession in the world. It has sliced through so many barriers and it will continue to live, why? Well thank you for asking, because we are humans and we have sexual needs just like any other animal in this world. Our bodies and DNA have been program to reproduce because we live in a world that is comfortable for survival. Until the world is not giving us what we need to live we will not stop making babies or at least stop practicing on making babies!

These groups that you speak of are bunch of hypocrites that claim to be righteous in every way, claiming they do not commit sin yet look at history and you will see they are by far the worst sinners of all.

Once these sites have passed to history there will be other forms of connecting and the process will continue as it has for so long.

Does anyone have an idea where CL ads migrated to? That was way too much content to drop off the face of the earth.

Not trying to be a smart ass, but it would probably be better to post this in the San Diego Forums. I travel a lot and find that it is very useful to look over the Forum where I am traveling to and ask any questions well in advance. That usually insures a fun and more efficient visit.
