What happens when I walk in though? Should I be ready for an interrogation (and to what extent)? Is there some particular time limit or service I should be asking for? Can I select (or decline) a girl? What's an appropriate tip (if any)?

I've wondered the same thing. Purely opinion, but I think it is a function of complaints being made to LEOs by nearby residents / businesses. My guess is LEO knows what's going on at most of these spots (it doesn't take a Sherlock Holmes to find this website you know), but it only becomes a priority when somebody makes it one. That's purely anecdotal and only based on the last handful of busts I've read about recently in Oakland county. Who knows though, could be palms getting greased too.
