At this point she will ask you questions, pat you down, ask if you have a knife, etc. Stand your ground and just be polite. She will put you in a room and tell you to get undressed and lay down, someone will come in (Yellow / Momo / Sugar) and then the fun begins. If they are not busy, the time can extend to 90 minutes. If you hear the doorbell ring a few times, you can expect your session to end after the first pop. Just the way it goes. I would not recommend declining a girl on the first trip, and there's no reason to anyway, I don't think. If you really have a great time (the 90 min variety) then give the girl a 20. But that is not expected. Enjoy. Damn, I should go down there today.
