I looked at that report and it does have a bunch of medical terminology in it. However, what it lacks, which is what any credible scientist would include: references to peer-reviewed papers, studies or testing. Sans that there is no way to determine how much is "opinion" and what is fact.

Unfortunately it is easy to deceive people these days by sounding authoritative, as few take the time to dig deeper. In fact, most critical thinking is gone and we tend to gravitate to those opinions we agree with, to the determent of contrary view points. Just because we agree or like what is written does not make it scientifically credible or fact.

But in the "about" section of the website that this "reference" came from I see this:

I'm willing to rethink my position should valid studies emerge. But it seems a bit far-fetched that the drug companies would produce a product that is not fully absorbed and active in the human body. That would be counter productive and it would be in the Drug company's best interest to "fix" any issue like that. Also, in "fixing" the issue, perhaps they create a new drug that extends their patents and keeps the profits flowing. Remember any drug approved by the FDA has been extensively tested, in the gold standard, double-blinded placebo controlled studies. This insures the maximum effectiveness and safety.
