I hope she finds a place not in a stripmall. Too many observers. Everyone in the mall has a good idea what the massage parlor has for clients and assumes what they do. Heaven kinda sucked like that, the drycleaner owner next door always watching.

I kind like the 52nd street setup. Standalone house with no neighbors.

Shanghai ain't too bad because although in a strip mall, it is somewhat abandoned.

May I ask, is this for the former owner of Hunan?

That shouldn't be too hard to find. I get to Racine on a regular basis and there are plenty of vacant storefronts. Getting a landlord to allow their tenant to open a massage parlor might be the tough part.

You understand why it is not so easy to get just the right location!

I posted once before but thought I would try again. I have a friend who is looking for a location for lease to open a new AMP. Prefer Racine but Kenosha will also work. Would be ideal to find a place that that is ready to go or needs little improvising. Maybe a storefront, A place that AMP would be a good fit. If anyone would know you mongers would know.
