Not domestic but close. Go to Tijuana. You can stay in San Diego. Park and walk across boarder and take taxi to the Zona where you can get all you can eat buffet for fraction of cost in States. I go regularly and give you details if you PM. Yes plenty safe and no you don't need to speak a word of Spanish.

You should do your homework on USASG and find the most active city forums and start from there. Many city forums under Florida have active discussion about SW, BP girls and escorts. Spend some time reading the forums to get a better idea about the area. Most of the decent action at that price range is at the MP's, mostly asian. For Caucasian ladies plan on more money and different areas than the western 'burbs. Or SW's in the city. Be safe.

The mark-up is not as crazy as those in NYC, SF, DC, and LA, but it is still quite pricy, especially considering the quality of the supply pool. Just an FYI- in the west suburbs- North Ave & Lake Street have a notorious reputation for having many rip off joints (aka clip joints) where you will pay a lot of money and be let unsatisfied.
