I have rented to people before that I knew were in the biz. I never did see them as a part of the hobby but was just a regular landlord. This lady I've known for five or six years and I have seen countless times even as recently as a couple times last month or so. She's really not in the biz anymore but anyway. There's just a lot of stickiness to the situation.

I haven't took the dive on WYP. I've had a couple of reasonable ones, but with no communication, and damn little guidance, I don't want to "commit" to a date before I know WTF I'm getting into. $200 lunches. Yeah, nah.

I thought that the concept of what's your price is total bullshit. $100-$200 for meet and greet lunch. What a joke. Thats even on top of the cost of the lunch / dinner. You have got to be a sorry chump to take that deal. Shoot, I would just as soon self-service and then treat myself to dinner. At least I am spending some time with someone I like. Just my random thoughts.
