I have posted these before & have asked for additions to or other ideas and this is what I use to this day to cut out MOST of the BS. Below is listed a set of rules in which I monger by & send to all the chicks before I see them for the first time (even though some need to be reminded). If any of you have any ideas, updates, changes, or modifications to these please let me know so everyone can learn from our experiences. That's why we have this great forum. Here are MY rules that I send out:

**1) don't smell like smoke, 2) no drugs allowed, 3) good hygiene is a must, 4) if you have a driver, send them away for the time of our rendezvous and then YOU come to the door alone, 5) I will show you the $ but you are not getting the donation until our arrangement is finished, 6) if you use the bathroom, the door must remain open, 7) If there is any attempt at upselling you will leave immediately with nothing! 8) If you don't look like your pics upon arrival, or fail to follow any of these rules, you will b sent away with nothing!

After reading someone's review of giving up the money before hand and then being Cashed & Dashed, I figured I'd repost. Hope these help & I look forward to any ideas. FYI, if they say they forgot something or need to go get something, they r getting ready to bolt, even the ones youve seen before!

Gents, my UTR Summer is looking to widen her client base just a bit. Those that have seen her before can attest that she is a sweetheart. This is normal for her. I have had her to cancel appointments an hour before we were suppose to meet, but at least she does have the decency to give me a heads up before I waste my time waiting around on her to show up. I know she used to have another job around here, plus I also believe she may have a touch of A. D. D. And that accounts for some of her flakiness.

I haven't seen her in a while, but I always had a great time whenever we did get together. Everything was always on the table.

I saw Renee 2 nights ago everything went well massage was good and she finished it with a HE. Today she texts me and asks to see me again and I wasn't doing anything so I was like sure come on over she arrives, I give her the money and she said she forgot her oil downstairs. Never came back I happened to find out where she lives and she lives on 203 Bobbie St Fayetteville off Owen Drive. I am new to this and probably will never do this again because of that.

Anybody else having issues with her? I've now had 2 last minute cancellations from her in the last week. (And I've seen her before.).

Many of us are either going back to work or home. Last thing I need is to reek like a strip club.

- I think that goes along with my, don't smell like smoke. For 1 I can't stand the smell, 2 I don't want to smell like a cig after I leave their room or touch them, 3 I don't want to taste it coming out of their nipples. I also think that girly lotions & lipsticks are a no-go also. They just don't get it! I think we can chalk most of it up to most of them being young & dumb & on drugs.
