Walford & Lamont. They're some decent black SW to be found but majority are of the $10 weave variety. They don't seem to come out until late. SW don't walk along Walford to much, they stay on Cleveland. Morse & Walford used to be a hot spot for SW a few years back but not anymore. Between Elmore and Ferris is where you'll find them on the stroll. The hoes aren't always out more like 50/50 chance. My success rate is probably more like 25%. And I'll warn you, the township police don't play out there. Its not like Sullivant or Broad. I almost wouldn't recommend trolling out that way unless you're familiar with the area or live close by.
