Been seeing Penny regularly for the past few months. The combination her massage quality and happy ending quality is the best I've found in Vegas. She is chatty but I don't mind that. She doesn't like reviews so keeping it kind of light on details but she takes her time on the finish and takes instructions well. Being nice, polite, and respectful pays off with her.
