Finding the other girl was a task Tiffany and I shared. Sometime Tiffany knew a girl or had someone in mind. Other times it was me; I'd show up with a girl or had someone in mind. And! The theories of supply and demand suggest that there would be no dealers if there was no one for them to deal with. I would suggest it is the girls.
