This would be good in a perfect world but there's too many families in America that'd be against it. And even if it were legal, we would see larger companies come in and exploit the prices. In Europe, the government sets the prices. Here in America, the free market determines the prices. So if the market demands $1000 per hour, then they're going to charge that amount.

I might also add a little more detail: prices abroad are pretty reasonable depending on the country. In South America the average price is anywhere from $50-200 $. I have heard $300 gets you like 2 women for the whole night. In Germany, prices are 80 euro for 30 minutes with a women. Women outside of America for the most part are not there to rip you off and cheat you like here. They are just trying to make an honest living and aren't looking to get rich. Here, everybody robs each other. It's just terrible.
