The second photo (the one that looks like a crack-addicted duck) I have seen walking near Ashley Phosphate Road and Stall. I only know this because I work close to that area and see her walking frequently. Uncle LEO is ALWAYS present in the area. You've got to be irregular if you think of picking up one close to there. What's scary to me is the 33 year old McLaughlin girl. She looks 60+ years old.
