Has anyone had the opportunity partake in the much hyped 'Snuggle House'?

I visited the website, left my contact info, and was sent the consent form a day or so latter. Their legalistic requirements are many, including full contact info, .6 pre-pay, and your home addresses for the past 2 years. These are just some of the rules.
