You need to go significantly down 119 from Harlan. Like 16 or 17 miles down, you'll see a bridge on your left right before you pass a BP gas station. There are several BP stations on this highway. You'll know you're at the right one if there's a large gravelled area adjacent to the parking lot.

Hit the store and get a snack or something and park in the rocky area and wait. This is a well known pick up area so be sure you have some excuse to be loitering (like eating your lunch) if someone's uncle drops by. If there is uncle-like activity in the area, keep driving and just call it a wash. It'll be hours before the girls come back around.

You'll be able to see the bridge from the parking area. If a girl or group of girls walks across and to the store, chances are she's selling. Some of them are downright aggressive. Also, be aware that some are definite 40 footers. Let them get close enough to see before you say hi.
