I believe I have seen this provider. It is difficult to provide her name because she has used a few different ones. She advertises on BP as European and she is definitely European. I agree that her actual age is quite higher than the 48 that she lists in her ad.

You say your "suspicion" is that they're all the same scam. The ads that say "$160 hourly" or "$180 hourly" have been discussed at least two dozen times in the past year as being rip-offs.

Just learned an expensive lesson. If TGTBT it is. Called for what I hoped to be a much more exciting hour, got an overweight and much different version of this add who wanted to take a walk or have a drink. Not what was expected and I learned an expensive lesson.
