Sasha and Sugar are great girls, but they are "one and done". I suppose you could negotiate a bonus tip. You can always skip the shower, as long as you're clean and good to go. They'll probably excuse themselves to freshen up if they're coming straight from a previous appt, or at least to get a hot towel to wipe you down. Best recommendation for MSOG & BBFS is Kison. Ladies are older, but worth it if you are OK with that.

Although I'm too old for successful MSOG within one hour, because no other mongers have responded to your questions after seven days, I'll offer my personal opinions. Yes, if I were younger and wanted MSOG, I would discuss that with the provider at the beginning. Also, if there was a one-hour time frame, I would ejaculate quickly the first time to maximize the elapsed time before trying to ejaculate again at the end of the session. Expectations about "additional cost" can vary depending upon the individual provider. Some providers, especially if you're a very good and steady customer, may not charge extra. By contrast, some other providers may feel that an extra tip should be mandatory. To avoid any potential problem (particularly if you plan to visit the provider again), in my opinion it would usually be preferable to discuss that matter beforehand.

I can see your point but remember you're paying for their company and they tend to have a script they run thru. It never hurts to ask but. Be prepared to pay full and don't only. Come with a hundred in your pocket. Sure way to get black balled. I've had sessions where I didn't go to FS. But I still paid full service rates.
