My 2 cents. Choi's in Saugus is legit and no fun.

I moved away years ago but remember Choi's as not 100% legit. Had fun teasing the girls and playing off the taboo factor. She got the kinks out and it was well worth the 100 dollar charge. I may repeat upon my next trip to downtown. If you want a good legit experience, stop in.

For several years, the reports from here have been 'strictly legit' and a good massage. I went recently and saw Blair, maybe 20's, pretty cute, thin but maybe too tall for a spinner type. Nice personality, and pretty good English. One hr foot rub for 45, or 1/2 hr foot and 1/2 hr back for 50. I went for the 45. Surprisingly good. The masseuse and her technique were excellent. The rooms are smallish with curtains for doors and you do sit in the ante room for the foot massage, but it's appointment only, and Blair doesn't answer the phone so it is relaxing and private. To get a consistently good massage in the metro Boston area for a good price is a crap shoot, but for 45 and no clock watching for a really good rub, I will be back. I go for value.

Got a completely legit massage there, but with the low cost hoping for escape with more, NADA.

There was a groupon for it, and and I had, on top of it, a coupon for groupon that had to be redeemed in the next 36 hours. Unfortunately there were only 2 or 3 places possible to use it on and this had some latina employees onb their website. Unfortunately, the one listed on the site as more could be possible was on the vacation, and they hired someone with a north europoean name. I booked her as the other choice has "professional" listed on her description and I researched that she is 60, so I took the 50 yo north european heritage one.

You can schedule via phone (the manager / owner is kind of be*chy, both on the phone and in person). Parking is actually possibly away from the place, (which has large rectangular shape) but is tough. Streets away from Main st are too small. I do not recommend coming unless you get same deal as I did and legit is fine. It is in an office environment, similar to coddington in quincy, and one of building's tenants is a zumba class (STRIKE ONE). I had to fill out paperwork (why these places do is beyond me). I got into room, but she told me to get "between the sheets" and no, that's not a euphemism. (STRIKE TWO). I felt like I was a pig in a blanket, too snugged in, too hot, but I tried to show some skin. She comes in and ask what type of massage I want, I explain "legitally" (is that a word?) probably a mistake on my part but she gets in wrong.

The massage itself, or the parts she does massage, is actually good, on par with Elena, maybe a little worse. However, she misses any erogenous zones or even comes close. That's right, one whole hour, and she skips butt, upper thigh, and stomach. NOT EVEN CLOSE. On the flip she holds the sheet and the blanket, it was like she was coached to see as least of my body as possible. (STRIKE THREE). The whole first half I tried to see if there as a way I can roam inoocently. But she even moved my arms where they couldn't attempt and it was more uncomfortable. She was pretty quet, not a talker, a relaxed zen personality, but 100% was trying to please boss more than client. She will find out soon male customers don't want that, and honestly, I don't think female want that clinical feel to such an extent. Damage was approximately $20 plus gas, tip was very small, and not calculated on the $80 full price. Opportunity cost of time was probably biggest loss. But it was a decent learning experience.

If you live in N. Reading, andover, Wilmington, and get the groupon coupon and it's a groupon and you want legit, and you don't mind being wrapped, go for it.

If complete legit-therapeutic massage is what you want you will not find better then a girl named Susan at the Lane Center (its in Norwell right of RT3). She is truly remarkable. Slow, slow, slow sliding pressure the length of specific muscles and places that make your body feel so relaxed and so euphoric you won't even be able to get excited because your body is to limp and relaxed to even deal with those thoughts. Its a shame she will not provide more but I'm sure she realizes that she is so good at her job she does not need to, she is 100% legit and its very easy and clear to see why that is.

Nicely decored store in professional medical building, easy on and off route 95. Used to be called different names from Lee's to May, and Green Spa etc. Been around since 2007. Very clean, staff friendly and hospitable. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Located on second floor, walk ins were okay. They do suggest advance calls though.

Two providers, Jennifer, petite. 40's, cute, and Ginger, taller, plainish 30's, both Chinese. Others rotate in from sister store, and they told me that they were Lilly, Ting-Ting, and Mary, and I might have forgot one other.

Chinese classical music pumped into rooms via central stereo system, not too loud or distracting, just right. Rooms smallish, and had a comfy feeling to it. Door stayed closed the entire time of my visit, no phone calls or distractions, which was great. Plenty of hooks for clothes, mirror, individual climate control etc. Table was extra strong for larger folks and has expandable head rest for taller folks (slides outwards a few more inches.) Bathroom adequate.

Sixty dollars for full hour and ten tip to Jennifer. She seemed pleased. I don't think they focus so much on the tips at this place or others like it as the Mamasans pay them a higher percent of the house fee I'm told, which is where they make their money, unlike other "extras" places where it is the opposite. Massage was excellent and thorough. One can tell she has real skills. A lot of climbing up on table and some back walking. No finish, not that type of place, and don't go if you think you can persuade otherwise, just won't work. They have a routine and stick with it. Sister store on Trapelo Road in Belmont, and both advertise on CL for more info. They also do foot massages, and have a diverse massage style menu.

Water and candy and lots of thank you's, and hug on exit. Will repeat. Looks a 6, massage a 10, hospitality a 10, Location, and parking a 10. Recommended.

Tried An Kong Spa 2 in Natick on Tuesday. Located on 27 near the intersection with Rt. 9 and directly across from Building 19, so it was easy to find, had plenty of parking, and turned out to be very pleasant, low key, and fair. I had a lunch time appointment and was the only person there upon arrival, but heard a new person come in about a half hour later. Two girls working, the owner May and Lara. The first thing I liked was that they show you to a room iimmediately and are very nice without being over the top fake. They don't ask for any money up-front which I loved. They just ask what service / time you are choosing and tell you to get comfortable and your masseuse will be right in. I chose the hour massage and had Lara, a 40 yo or so asian lady, with pretty good English, average looks etc. She told me that they rotate in a different girl daily from the original, An Kong Spa at the Natick Mall, so if you liked a particuar girl, you would have to call first and find out if she were at the Mall location or the 222 North Main St. Location or off for the day, but they will try to accomodate you, they said. Once Lara returned to the room, she picks up the timer and sets it 58 mins right in frront of your eyes to see, and then proceeded with a very interesting combination of techniques (sometime with the drape covering the whole back and other times pullled down just halfway to the butt area). Lots of pressure, arms, elbows, and then up on the table. Purely therapeutic with no hint of extras, no sensuality or sexuality expressed or alluded to, which is exactly what occurred and what I expected, so there was no beef by me. She tried talking a little but backed down at times when she sensed I was in pure enjoyment and wanted it quiet which I liked. The music is community, and through a central sound system and pumped into all the rooms' individual speakers, and was Chinese symphony music, neither too loud or too soft or distracting in any way, just pleasant. Then the flip came with very little time to go, some leg and foot work, then the timer chimed, and she proceeds with a nice shoulder into head / scalp scrub / massage and the traditional finger pulls and it was over! Got the full hour, and was elated, my back felt great and was glad I came. Lara told me to take my time dressing and to meet her at the front counter when I was ready, which I did, and she had a plastic cup of cool water ready and was already filling out my frequent visitor business card for me. I left her a twenty tip first and then settled the sixty dollar bill and left with a smile on my face. She seemed happy enough and asked for me to come back sometime. A nice quiet, easy to get to place for a good therapeutic massage; check it out if that's what you are looking for. They also do foot massages, reasonably priced for 30 or 60 mins.

Well, it's probably because they didn't remember you. It had been so long since you actually chose someone over there rather than walking out. They had to have forgotten who you were and what the walk out person had looked like. So, big deal, you got a mully. I'm sure there are plenty of people out there that support someone like me who has been so undeserfvedly attacked, and had his wife anologized to a farm animal, but they are just too afraid to write, which I don't blame them. As far as the really new place on Main, I have heard it from a reliable source who has gone, that it is indeed completely legit, and that it does foot massages for women, and men, too.

Not to prolong this debate, A hole, but it is not woosing out when a place tries to bait and switch me, actually lying to me on the phone and I refuse to take it. I called and asked for Jessica twice and both times these girls tried to switch me since she wasn't even there. Since I know you troll this board closely, I know you saw the many posts that congratulated or thanked me for doing so to try to keep them honest.

Also, judging from the reception I received when I last visited, your version of their attitude towards me is contradicted by their actual actions. I was greeted very warmly by both, had a great session with Lulu, and Jessica gave me a big hug and kiss when I left and asked me to see her next time.

Sure they are most interested in my money, but they were very warm and welcoming, more so than necessary and it seemed very genuine to me.

The inevitable has delightfully occured last week with Lily quitting and moving on to greener pastures.

So, for anyone staying away from WW for whatever reasons, they can now feel free to come back and rest assured.

That I no longer have any interest or care for it. Jessica and Lulu, and perhaps a new masseuse in the near future will prevail in their style.

However, anyone perusing the latest CL will undoubtedly (eventually) learn of a new spa nearby WW, and if

Inclined to visit, will discover what Lily and her new friends are up to there.

But, be forewarned that this new place is far different than her former site. What occured in the past will not be repeated here.

They have had a modest draw in these first four days of grand opening, and the future looks bright!

The facility is far more professional, organized and managed better, cleaner, and just generally nicer, classier, and more comfortable.

The person who answers the phone speaks very good english.

I have no involvement in this venture, nor feel I need to, as I approve of it, unlike WW.

I feel this is a much better fit for my wife Lily, and her new friends, one that will showcase their unique style.
