You know what, I almost pulled the trigger. I've ben to karen Spa a long time ago when it was 80. Then it went to 100 and I didn't see the value with the girls they had at the time. That honestly depends on the apartment, but I'm my personal experience in trying numerous apartments in the duluth / norcross area. They are almost never worth the hh / fh. QV is the way to go.
