I would like to offer the following information that might be helpful to anyone interested in Trimix or currently using it.
First off, there is no doubt that Trimix really works. It is much more effective than Viagra / Cialis / Levitra type drugs (phosphodiesterase inhibitors) for ED. It is also safe and it is much less expensive. Like by more than an order of magnitude less expensive! I understand from my own personal experience with the injections that it is a challenge to overcome one's reluctance to stick a needle into one's penis. I would like to offer some tips to make this experience less painful.
First, the commonly supplied needles for Trimix are 30 gauge X1/2 with a permanently attached syringe. This is a small needle, but thinner needles are available, and having the needle fixed to the syringe means that you have to draw up the Trimix with the same needle that you use to inject it. I use 33 gauge x 1/2 inch needles from a medical supply house which are the smallest made. They need to be used with a 1 cc tuberculin syringe.
Second, any use of a small hypodermic needle will slightly dull the tip, and this is true in the case of drawing up the Trimix from its vial. The best practice is to draw up the desired amount of Trimix using the supplied 27 gauge needle that comes with the tuberculin syringe, then remove and discard that needle. Next, the 33 gauge needle is attached, and the injection is ready. The 33 gauge needle makes a much smaller hole and in my experience causes much less post injection tenderness. It should be easy to obtain these smaller needles and the 1 cc tuberculin syringes through your prescribing physician or through a pharmacy. I agree with Gygabyte40 on using an insulin case to carry the medication and syringes.

I use TriMix about once a week. It is so much more reliable than Viagra or Cialis.
I found an insulin needle of the proper length for me. In my opinion the smaller the gauge the better. The moment of discomfort is well worth the erection in about 15 minutes and with some stimulation it becomes rock hard like it used to be in my early 20's. My wife can grind / ride / use it as her play toy for about 90 minutes or so.
It tended to be a bit sore afterwards but that has lessened with use.
Experiment with it to find the smallest dose possible to achieve rock hard erection and it will make your penis feel young again.

Saw the urologist, got prescribed a mix prescription. Waiting for the meds but have to take a training class for the injection. A little nervous but hoping it works better than the V. Not sure how this is going to work when I'm cruising the streets.

Ask to use the restroom prior to the massage, you can do the injection there. Do it prior to getting undressed and you can just put the syringe in your pocket to be disposed of later.

Hi everyone,
I'm a current viagra user but have noticed in the oast few years it's effectiveness has gone downhill. I'm going to reach out to my doctor next month about injections or the capsule you insert into the tip of the penis. I just wanted to know pros and cons of each. I'm diabetic so the thought of a needle isn't too frightening although sticking something up the peehole freaks me out. I did a Std test once and the doc stuck a cotton swab up there and I wanted to punch him the face it was so painful.
Also, I was curious if these meds require stimulation or are they an automatic erection. Thanks for any info.

Posts: 206Using trimix -- a little help from my friends?
Just starting out with this; I'm over 70 and the pills don't give consistant results any more. Went the route of the urologist and the physician's assistant to teach and show me how to do this, so I know how it works, physically. (Was tempted to tell her that if she was my next partner, I wouldn't need any chemical help! But I didn't.) Not looking forward to using the needle by myself, but it needs to be done.
I saw no reports of anyone who mentioned using trimix making any reference to anyone other than wife or gf, so they would likely know about it. I mostly see mp ladies who might do f / s or aamps. When and where do you do the injections? In the room in their presence, where they will know that you need to do this, or before you get to the room, where they might not? Is it likely to creep them out, or would it just be business as usual? Am I making too big a deal about this? Would appreciate any of your experiences.

Ok, I have had some experience here. Including 3 visits to the ER. Yeah, priapism isn't as much fun as it sounds.
1) start small. Discuss this with the uro. 5-10 units first time should be a good place to start.
2) discuss a script of phenylepherine to have on hand in case of a pripism. You really want to make a good argument for this.
While it's not fun (sticking yourself another 3-5 times in an hour), it beats the hell out of what happens at ER. I'm not going to butter it up. If the CIA knew about this, there would never have been waterboarding.
3) Autoinjector FTW.
