You can't post an ad. It has nothing to do with new or old member. As a rule, there are no advertising posts allowed. Otherwise, you are free to respond to conversation, or thank a poster if they reviewed you. You can start discussions if you want.

To start a new topic, go to the appropriate thread and towards the top left corner, ick on the "Add Report" button.
