I did as you advise, making many contacts. Of course, many have fallen away for various reasons. I am now at about 5-6 POTs for the 2 nights I'll be there. Any suggestions on prioritizing them? And, now that I have the fish on the hook, how do I play them (different from regular SBs) to get them in the boat? How much pre-negotiation did you do regarding sugar and activities? As for On the Road sugaring, I've had fantastic success with contacting SBs ahead of time in any city I'm traveling to and lining up dates and FC visits for every night I'm there. In my experience there are several key things you need to do in order to be successful at this:

1. Don't start contacting them any more or less than two weeks out.
