No offense intended but I can tell you right off the bat that an overly direct approach like this is going to result in side effects that are considered undesirable by most SDs. I've really learned that the key to this whole game is to be quick. If you master the art of sealing the deal quickly without seeming like you're being too pushy you're golden at this game.
