I have to agree. $ never gets me anywhere. I think it is because a) the cost of living is pretty high where I live and b) the type of girl I am interested in tend more to GPS. I like hot white, asian or latin young ladies. I know HW loves mixed or AA spinners. In my experience, they definitely ask for less money. Maybe it is a self esteem issue. But in the DC area, even $$ is considered low-ball.

Your demographic is like mine -- I like the occasional mixed or AA girl but they tend to be the type that have more Caucasian / Asian / Latina features. AA girls do tend to have lower cost expectations, but there's another reason not to rule them out -- they typically have strong sex drives (which makes them generally enthusiastic fucks) and pretty much across the board they love Caucasian men, it's kind of like a status thing with them I think (I. E. Some seem to feel higher in rank if they are able to land a white boyfriend, or in the case of the bowl a white SD), so once you combine the sexual enthusiasm with the price advantage it's something to consider.

For your preferred demographic, $200 is a reasonable range. Lower than that will probably be possible in edge cases but the average backpage hooker probably makes better than $100 a pop, so if they are claiming to be an SB and going for that rate you have to ask yourself why.

Hey Hollywood, when I first chatted with the girl I offered $100 and I've done that every single time. But maybe it's me or maybe it's the area I am in but $100 doesn't get me any where. There's lots of hole in the wall student places, some are fairly decent. Airport area, Chesterfield, north side, Manakin / Goochland. Don't discount those areas depending on where you live.

I guess the bigger point is, don't dicker. Make an offer, stick to it, get a positive response, or move on. In my case I need to get laid at least 20-25 days a month (and don't have an SO). So I have to low ball. If you are looking at once or twice a week, then go higher.

I initially emailed her saying that I was willing to take my time to get to know her and see if we had a connection and this is what she wrote back.

"Idk I don't see why we have to hang out a few times to see if there is a connection. I'm guessing your looking for sex and idk why there has to be a connection for that and I don't have time to waste to go on dates to determine that, I'm struggling and can't even afford to eat or anything and I have bills to pay not to be rude but it's true".

She says she doesn't have a car and lives with her mom.

When asked how much she said however much I could afford to give her.

So my question guys is, does this sound fishy? Is she just UTR. I am so paranoid with the recent LEO activity in RVA.

Basically, if in an area where you live. Uou have to go for somewhere your friends would NEVER go.

So look for hole in the wall ethnic places -- your date will like the idea of different.

I took a date to Havanna69 several years ago! Big mistake, an ex workmate (thank god drunk) came up to chat -- - I am 150% sure he knew what was going on!!

So -- play away from home.

However -- if you want to play close -- check out the Richmond fan student spots -- look at sustainable and out there.

Of course -- if the warden is into all this kind of thing-- ignore big time!

I need a venue to meet and feed Pots that is decent enough but not a place Richmonders go for a night out, like the Jefferson, Hyatt, Omni, or marriott. Maybe Holiday Inn Airport, Something like that? Preferably Banquette seating, some privacy, a wine list, and privacy.

Depends on which end of town you are talking about, or more specifically trying to avoid?

Richmond is very much a small town to be a city. Another option might be to take her out someplace like the Roslyn Center off of Parham / Chippenham where you overlook the James. Very picturesque. Not exactly a meal venue, but it's unique nonetheless.
